Shipping & Returns


At Dream Beauty, we craft every product with care and intention. Because our beauty offerings are personal and hygiene-sensitive, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
All domestic orders are processed within 24 hours on working days. Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. However, for locations in remote areas, interior regions, or Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) zones, delivery may take up to 10 working days. 

Return & Refund Policy:
Your order will be eligible for a return, or refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Item Received: You received an item different from what you ordered.
  2. Damaged Shipment: The shipment was damaged upon arrival.
  3. Incomplete Order: A part of your shipment is missing.

If you received a damaged shipment, a replacement will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Conditions to qualify:

  • You must notify our customer care team at hello@dreambeauty.com within 24 hours of receiving the order for the return.
  • Provide proper unboxing video highlighting the issue. 
  • Once your return is accepted, the refund will be credited within 3-5 business days.

This ensures a seamless and prompt resolution to your concerns.
